In today’s thrilling matchup against the Boston Celtics, King James decided to debut the ‘Dunkman’ (Black/Electric Green) colorway of his Air Max LeBron VII signature sneaker. While it is interesting that LeBron chose to rock the sickest PE edition of his kicks against the very GREEN Celtics, he was not trying to rile up or insult the Boston faithful – or was he?
More than likely, LeBron was paying tribute to the NBA’s league-wide Green Week as he also wore a green headband during the game. If you were watching in HD, there’s no way you should have missed these.
This is by far the most electrifying colorway that LBJ has debuted on the hardwood. The green flywire, swoosh border, and outsole perfectly compliment the black upper as the colorway is a subtle, yet captivating blend. The LB23 logo on the inner of the shoe is also trimmed out in electric green and black. Topped off with nylon/3M reflective laces, these kicks will definitely catch the envious eyes of all those who peep them on your feet.
My personal favorite part of this shoe is the black silhouette image of a signature King James dunk. Despite the losing effort in Boston, LeBron’s feet sure looked good while destroying the Celtics defense for 40+.
The ‘Dunkman’ Sevens were rumored to be released some time during March and they’ve already dropped at Shiek and the House of Hoops so go get yourself a pair if they haven’t already run out! These are incredibly exclusive!
