So with summer pretty much at an end, the 2010 Fall season is dawning upon us. While the new Vans Chukka Boot Pewter Suede isn’t necessarily apart of a specific Fall collection, they’re sure not hard on the eyes and can play the part as well.
The upper is decked out in pewter suede with a lighter canvas accent running along the external panel and tongue. There are also white single and double-line stitching contrasts throughout the upper. Sitting beneath it all is a white vulcanized sole with a single line of pewter painted around the top rim. What’s funny about this design is that it pretty much agrees with the notion that for the most part, many casual streetwear kicks share strikingly similar designs. When I look at these sneakers, I see an uncanny resemblance to the Nike Toki.
