Most of us will never know what it’s like to be a celebrity, let alone an icon. For someone of Snoop Dogg’s stature though, he’s made all the necessary moves throughout his legendary career as a rap artist and entertainer to be able to cross both items off the list. As we can all agree, sneakers are as much a part of fashion as anything else and are as synonymous with hip-hop as is the music itself. Basically, it all goes hand-in-hand. Snoop has teamed up with adidas to take part in the “All Originals, All Icons” project, even filming a commercial for the campaign. Earlier in the year, we also saw the adidas Originals Freemont Mid ‘Snoop Dogg’ as well as the adidas adiPure ‘Snoop Dogg,’ both with a Lakers-specific colorway build.
