It is with that sentiment that we’re pleased to give you a look at the upcoming Nike Air Max Griffey Fury “Freshwater”. Nike has been pushing Ken Griffey Jr’s legend status with recent retro-releases of the Total Griffey Max ’99 and the Griffey-inspired LeBron 9 “Swingman”.
This particular shoe’s Freshwater coloring hearkens back to Junior’s days in Seattle with aqua-green highlights throughout the shoe and a silver Swoosh. It also features an Air Max 360 sole as well as The Kid’s trademark Swingman logo.
The Air Griffey Fury “Freshwater” has already dropped at select spots, including Millennium Shoes. Look for it at other Nike retailers later this month.
