Continuing today’s coverage of the Nike Basketball Elite models of the Zoom Kobe VII and LeBron 9, we have a look at the “Away” color scheme for the LeBron 9 Elite.
The “Away” colorway will feature a Black Fuse composite upper with carbon fiber support panels from the heel to the midfoot. Inspired by trophies, Mettalic Gold is displayed on the Swoosh, tongue, heel tab, and laces. One of the best additions to this Elite model would be the Nike Pro Combat padding on the tongue and collars of the shoe, featured on each entry to the Elite series.
Both the “Away” and “Home” editions of the Nike LeBron 9 Elite will launch Saturday April 20, 2012 for $250.00 USD.
