The release of the Air Jordan XII Obsidian/White-French Blue is just a couple months away. The Obsidian XIIs have not seen a release since their original debut back in 1997. It was the first Air Jordan to feature Nike’s patented Zoom Air cushioning system.
This colorway of the XII will retro for the first time with a clean Obsidian tumbled leather upper. White covers the mudguard, midsole, and laces while University Blue is found on the heel, tongue, and outsole. Lastly, French Blue is featured on the inner lining and heel tab. Aside from the Obsidian colorway, the “Playoff” Jordan XII is also getting the retro treatment, dropping on April 21st.
The Air Jordan XII “Obsidian” is scheduled for June 23, 2012 release for $160.00 USD.
