It will be a big Memorial Day weekend this week end, alas we have the resurrection of the sought after “Carmine” Jordans. We know everyone will be most anticipating the release of the Jordan 6 “Carmine” version this Saturday. However, even if you won’t be able to get your hands on the 6s there’s an alternative to that. That’s right; Jordan Brand will also be releasing the “Carmines” on the Jordan 1 model.

The resemblance of both sneakers is strikingly similar in terms of color placement of both shoes. The Air Jordan 1 “Carmine” model will feature an all-white leather on the outer panels of the sneaker. Next up features the famous “Carmine” red that everyone loves. The Carmine Red embodies the white panels on the sides, toe box, and the upper heel part. There is also a white midsole with matching red stitching. Of course the sneaker is toned down with black accents on the tongue, laces, Swoosh and inner sock lining. To finish the “Carmine” theme they had to keep these fresh by putting it on ice bottoms.
If it’s any consolation for not being able to cop the “Carmine” 6s tomorrow, these will probably still be available by the time Nike tells you the 6s are sold out. These will be available at Footlocker.com and Nike.com Saturday morning, May 24. The “Carmine” 1s will be retailing at $140.
