Nike Zoom HyperRev 2015 | First Look

Nike Basketball are showing no signs of slowing down as they get ready to release next seasons set of hooping shoes, starting with the Nike HyperRev 2015.

This second rendition of Kyrie Irving’s go-to shoe seems to have gotten a full makeover inside and out.  First off, the traction looks a lot more aggressive than the original considering that some had issues with it not gripping to the floor.  Nike Flywire also makes a return (to no surprise), but isn’t alone this time as an external heel counter provides much needed support for the upper and heel.  Cushioning hasn’t changed with Zoom Air in the heel but may not be full-length.  Possibly the most-noticeable difference is disappearance of the ankle collar keeping it a one piece inner bootie.

The Black and Gold one has aI am very curious on how these will play out on court and unfortunately, we all have to wait until this Fall for their release.   No pricing info yet so make sure you keep it locked here on Kicksologists for the latest info.
