Fragment Design X Air Jordan 1 High

[new_royalslider id=”374″]

Last year was a great year for all Jordan collectors who were very big fans of the Jordan 1 model. Though this year still had some great releases, it wasn’t anything like the classic and dope colorways such as the Bred, Royal, Baron, Shadow, Chicago, or BlackToes. However, fear not as Hiroshi Fujiwara of Fragment Designs has come with another sick collaboration. The last time we saw a Fragment collaboration – it was of the very limited Nike KD 6 that hit NikeLab locations only.

The approach to the design of this was very simple, they took a classic silhouette and its two most classic colorways and basically put it together. Two of the most recognizable Jordan 1 colorways are the “Royal Blue” and the “Black Toe” colors. For this design they did a Royal Blue Black Toe; meaning they swapped out the red of the “Black Toes” for blue and took the royal blue swoosh from the “Royal Blue” 1s and put them with the mix. Of course where would a Fragment collaboration be without their famous lightning bolt logo embossed onto the side of the outer heel.

As these come closer to fruition we will definitely keep you guys updated with these, Fragment Design and Jordan 1 collaborations. So please stay tuned in with us here at Kicksologists for future updates, photos and release date information on these sneakers.
