It’s been 15 years since we saw the last release of the Jordan 5 “White Metallic” colorway. This simple clean colorway has been one that has been slept on for years. This is probably because it’s a blank canvas. No hype on the colorway, no back story; Jordan didn’t wear them so many people don’t even realize these exist. We all know the “Black Metallics” are a staple in any Jordan collection but these white ones they are often overlooked or forgotten.
The 2015 version will bear the same resemblance as its older counterparts, still sporting a pure white tumbled leather. The tongue will still carry the 3m as well as other silver accents around the sneaker. The Jumpman logos and the front portion of the sole is in black which gives is the perfect contrast to a white sneaker to give it a bit of a POP. These are essential to add to your collection as well as an essential to match your wardrobe as the simple colors will fuse nicely with anything you wear anytime of the season. These are set to launch this Saturday, April 4, 2015 at all major Jordan Brand retailers.
