Jordan 7 ‘Bordeaux’ | Release Info

As this is the year of the Jordan 7s for Jordan Brand, we are going to see a lot more Jordan 7 colorways dropping. Reretroing colorways are obviously no exception to that. This Saturday, we will see the iconic “Hare” colorway release but another classic colorway is coming. Sooner than later, the Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” will release too. The name “Bordeaux” comes from the famous French wine from the city of Bordeaux, France. The wine colored burgundy is then splashed on to the sneakers.

The Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” will feature the original color of graphite grey suede as well as black suede panels. The whole mid-sole is also grey with black pods. The sneaker also features a bordeaux colored Jumpman on the side panel and an olive and bordeaux 23 heel logo.

What kind of Jordan 7 would it be without its crazy color mixture on its tongue? The tongue will feature a mixture of black, yellow, bordeaux and a blue. There are no official images of the new remastered versions yet but we hope to see them bring back its original form where the tongue also featured olive which was not brought back for the 2011 retros. The sneakers are confirmed by J23 iPhone App to release on July 18, 2015. These 7s will come with a $190 remastered price tag. These will surely be released at all major Jordan Brand retailers like Footlocker, Finishline, Champs, Nike.com, etc. Stay tuned for official images.
