Dwyane Wade resigned with the Miami Heat a couple weeks ago agreeing to a one-year, 20 million dollar deal. It feels right for Wade to stay put in Miami and compete in the Eastern Conference with a pretty good squad. However, competing in the sneaker market has definitely been low-key for Dwyane’s Chinese brand, Li-Ning. His shoes haven’t made an impact in the USA market as expected. It was a 10-year, $10 million dollar deal with Li-Ning. Whether his deal was worth it, he does seem content about his latest shoes, including this newly uploaded photo of the Way of Wade 4.

Personally, I have never tried Li-Ning sneakers because they aren’t sold anywhere locally and isn’t available online here stateside. You would think after a couple years they would have some agreement between retailers by now, but nope. I apologize for getting off track, but the Way of Wade 4 do look good. Only problem is that Li-Ning hasn’t really been innovative as all of his sneakers look just about the same with a few tweaks. Granted, that’s how most of the Kobe sneakers and some Air Jordan’s, but Li-Ning isn’t Nike or Jordan. They have to innovate and create product that will attract new consumers to the brand.
The Way of Wade 4 looks a lot lighter than the previous models. The first three WoW look a bit bulky than what I usually would want to wear on court. These Wow 4’s seems to have a lighter set of materials with no sign of leather. Hopefully we see more photos soon and perhaps maybe even grab myself a pair or two.
The Way of Wade 4 will release prior to next season so make sure to keep it locked here for more updates.
