The NBA 2016-2017 season just ended last week, but it seems like the world of basketball isn’t going anywhere. So much news has dropped almost every day since the end of the Finals. Yesterday David Griffin was removed of his Cavalier GM duties, Jerry West also joined the Clippers, and of course the never-ending rumors of Paul George. Thankfully, PG 13’s signature sneakers are not affected as this new colorway drops next month.
Paul George is the talk of the town as his future with the Indiana Pacers will end with this last year. Rumors say that he will end up in Los Angeles with the Lakers next season once he finishes his last year in Indiana. Will we see a Lakers PG 1 soon? That would be great, but until then, we have these brand new Light Aqua.
The upper is predominantly black with hits of Light Aqua ont he strap, tongue, and heel tabs. You also have a grey midsole with black speckles all over. The tones look amazing on the PG 1 model as the contrasts of the Black and brighter tones of Aqua blend so well together.
