Slam Dunk is a sports themed Japanese comic written and illustrated by Takehiko Inoue that ran from 1990-1996. The manga, or the Japanese comic, based the plot around basketball and had its characters in shoes similar to those of those from the Jordan line.

We know that photos have been looming for awhile now but Nike releases a neat teaser video regarding the sneakers. Remember this is the first collaboration between a Japanese comic and Jordan Brand. The sneaker is to release next month on November 1st. Check out the video while you wait.
