As the greatest soccer players around the world continue on their quest for the FIFA World Cup gold, Nike has unveiled their Sportwear’s Gold Hypervenom Collection which will consist of five different models. The back story of this collection begins with Brazilian superstar Neymar.
Neymar has been wearing the Nike’s HyperVenom. Nike has put their confidence in their player and has sent him the boots in a golden colorway. Neymar has hopes the exclusive boots will match the Golden Boot award which is given to the tournament’s best player. Following the theme, Nike will release five classic shoes; Nike Free FlyKnit Chukka, Air Max 1, Roshe Run HYP, Tiempo ’94, and the Air Max 90 Jacquard.
The Nike Free FlyKnit Chukka has to be the most anticipated shoe to release in the collection. To start, we have a white free midsole with golden speckles. The FlyKnit upper will compose of a white and grey mixture to go along with a black Swoosh, lace, and heel tab.

The Nike Roshe Runs are incredibly popular and it’s surprising to remember that it was only introduced last year in 2013. Nike claims the Roshe Run is improved with the Hyperfuse construction. The Roshe Run HYP increases durability, breathability, and support. The shoes feature a golden Swoosh with golden speckles on the white midsole.

The Tiempo ’94 is the one shoe that you can wear on the soccer field without getting looks. With its over-sized tongue and design on the toe; they mirror a generic Nike soccer boot. These have been carefully constructed in an all golden metallic foil colorway.

The Air Max 90 Jacquard are the most eye-popping. The midsole is improved with a lighter Phylon midsole with forefoot grooves. The shoes are a one piece which means different layers are eliminated to give the shoe flexibility. The Jaquard weaving is unique yet stylish.
