With Kevin Durant officially back with Nike Basketball, Nike can now breathe with ease as they release more of his product. So far we have only seen a glimpse of what Nike will bring to the KD 7 line as not many colorways have been previewed. We have only seen about 4-5 colorways since its launch and we finally get a look at a new colorscheme from Kevin Druant’s Instagram in this black and gold colorway.

Unsure if it was anything to do with a Gold Medal of this years FIBA 2014 tourney, but this clean black and gold combination is the cleanest design yet in my opinion. Black is dominant as it covers most of the silhouette appearing on the mesh toe area, inner lining, and tongue. A metallic gold handles the Hyperposite heel wrap and Swoosh while red is featured on the KD logo and Flywire strands for contrast. My favorite part other than the gold accents would have to be the translucent sole to finish off the look.
There is currently no information yet on this colorway as far as price or release so make sure to stay tuned.
